InRecruit was established in 2008 by Justin Browne as the recruitment arm of Edupi Migration. We initially recruited and deployed international chefs and cooks into businesses all over Australia from small restaurants to large resorts. With such a close relationship with these businesses we expanded our offering to include domestic recruitment services. Today we act for over 300 businesses across the country assisting them with their staffing requirements.

This year Justin joined forces with Sharon Piggett to expand our specialisations and offering. As a team we have all operated large hospitality venues including a few of our own. We also have a deep knowledge of Liquor FMCG operations in the wine and craft beer and spirit sectors. The industry experience has led to a very deep network of talent for both permanent and temporary placements.  

Our mission is to find the best roles for the talent we have in our network. Often you will not know the person who is best for your role and they are likely also not looking for you. Understanding your business and culture lets us identify the best candidates to put forward for consideration. If we don’t think you will be a good fit together we won’t fulfil the role.

We use our extensive database of specialised people, deep industry networks, and multiple sourcing channels to find, engage, nurture, and cultivate exceptional talent. 



We place very little emphasis on advertising for a role, rather we mine our database of candidates who are waiting for the right opportunity. The best candidates are often not actively looking for a new role and we know who they are.

Justin
Browne

Justin comes from a consulting background with a career establishing SME businesses. He has owned and sold multiple businesses. With expertise in Hospitality and Retail, Justin got started in immigration in 2005 as a consultant with Agnew Legal. Developing a strong recruitment business he eventually partnered and then took complete ownership of Edupi Migration in 2006. 

Kasey
Burton-Brent

Kasey joined as Operations Manager in 2022. She has over 10 years operations management and resourcing experience, having worked in multiple industries across Australia, the UK and Europe. She specialises in operational transformation and stakeholder partnership, assisting clients with building high-performance teams and streamlining processes within SMEs.
